Reception – In reception we work in ‘family groups’ which means that we move around during the day into Home base 1 (Belgium) and Home base 2 (Spain). We also spend a great deal of time in our outdoor classroom. The pages for both classes on our website are almost the same as we like to mix up and play with our friends from both classes. Sometimes it’s hard to tell us apart!

We made porridge!

We were reading Goldilocks and the Three Bears and we got the chance to write our own stories. We even made porridge and everyone got the chance to help. We had to follow the instructions carefully.

Tasty porridge. It might be too hot. I love porridge. Do you want to share? Yummy! Careful! It's like daddy bear's porridge. I'm stirring it to cool it down. It's just right! Delicious! Blow on it to cool it down. Delicious! Hmmm I'm not so sure! I enjoyed making it. Stir it carefully!
